Petrick Green-Miller grew up in Jamaica and started cooking at nine years old. She spent many days in the kitchen with her mom and enjoys trying out new ideas and recipes. She has been working as a Nurse for the past 17 years, and transitioned to a management role for the last four years. Since then she has obtained a MSN & MHA. She is compassionate and caring by nature and has had the opportunity to participate in lean training and initiatives around improving the experience of the customer and creating standardize workflow to improve productivity and decrease waste. She is excited to be an equal partner with her husband Devon Miller in this new adventure and brings a wealth of knowledge to this team. She has a passion for providing excellent customer service and keeping staff engaged.
Devon Miller was born and raised in the beautiful island of Jamaica where is love and passion for food began. After high school he completed a certificate program in cooking and hospitality management. His experiences range from working in the hotel industry, vegetarian restaurant and hospital cafeteria. His dream as always been to open his own restaurant and he is excited to share an experience of Jamaica with the community of Vacaville. He will serve as the head chef and will train the rest of the team on preparing Jamaican Cuisine.
